All tuber orders placed under the same name & address will ship together and shipping overages will be refunded if you miss the code, please allow a few days grace for me to manually complete this. Same goes for cuttings! 

 

⭐️Dahlia Tuber sales & policies

  • All tubers are guaranteed to have a viable growing eye.
  • Tubers will ship late spring from Saskatchewan. They will not ship early, we tend to have freezing temps longer than other provinces, nothing will ship until we are no longer freezing. Please be aware that this will be late April - May. Local pickups will begin first week of April.
  • I can not be held responsible for tubers once they have been shipped to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide proper shipping address, care & planting.
  • I will not entertain emails to refund or replace small or ugly tubers. I sell grades A-C tubers and my prices reflect that. Regardless of their looks, they are guaranteed to grow into beautiful plants for you. 
  • Orders will not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances outside of my discretion. Any concerns must be emailed to me within 24hrs of your package arriving to you with photos. 
  • Please ONLY order dahlia tubers if you are experienced in their care.
  • In the event that a variety fails in storage for me, you will be refunded for that item. If you’ve ordered multiple varieties, only the failed tuber will be refunded. If the only variety you’ve ordered fails, you will be refunded shipping as well. I will never send replacements of my choosing nor will I offer store credit. 

 ⭐️PLEASE READ; I take EVERY precaution to ensure my stock is clean. Including; disinfecting tools and implements with long bleach soaks, using multiple pairs of snips at a time, keeping stock separate after dividing, strong pest management including interplanting, use of pesticides, continuing soil health to deter pests and encourage beneficial predator's, and removing anything remotely suspicious in my dahlia patch. Of in doubt, throw it out. 

 Despite this, the ADS reports of the dahlias in circulation 87% test positive for at least one virus. What is strong and healthy in my garden could be asymptomatic and show symptoms in your climate/growing conditions/environmental stressors.

 Know that I do everything in my power to keep my stock as clean as possible but I can not guarantee they are virus free. I can not be held responsible nor will I issue refunds for plants that develop disease. Important to note: Pests are the highest vector of virus and disease and can easily transmit it from many plants.
