Field notes: Highly regarded for it’s packed petal count and apricot palette, Fawn is a shifty one in my erratic growing zone. As the days shorten and temps cool, it gets better and better. Don’t judge it based on the first few blooms as they tend to be saturated and less cupped than her true form. Fawn is a shorty, just 2.5-3’ so be sure to plant accordingly to avoid shading it out.
