Field notes: A sport discovered here in the Fields Edge dahlia patch from Striped Duet. As of 2026, I have grown this sport out for two seasons in multiple plants and it’s held true.
An absolute stunner reminiscent of a cameo brooch, I’ve incorporated its predecessors name “Duet” as a nod to the OG as Striped Duet was a sport of Duet. Other Duet sports include Seattle & Jean Marie.
Gorgeous peachy carmel toffee centres with wide pure white tips. Cut early for deeper toffee saturation and a tighter structure. Cut fully open for a more airy romantic structure and peachy colouring. Dark red stems are thin but strong, excellent bloom attachment.
